We are writing to inform you that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Zionist Movement Uganda (ZIMU) will be held on September 28th at Nasenyi Synagogue. This meeting is crucial for the future of our organization, and we encourage all members to attend.

Meeting Agenda:

1. Discussion of the just concluded delegate election
2. Amendment of the ZIMU Constitution in conformity with the Central Election Committee judgments
3. ZIMU leadership

Attendance Options:
1. In-Person: The meeting will be held at Nasenyi Synagogue, and members are welcome to attend in person.
2. Virtual: For those who cannot attend in person, we will be hosting a virtual meeting on Google Meet. To attend virtually, please request the meeting link in advance and confirm your membership status.

Important Note:  No Transport Allowance: Please be advised that no transport allowance will be provided to any attendants.
